Restaurant Švejk
Modern Czech cuisine combined with culinary and gastronomic series are the specifics of our restaurant. Gastronomy is based on a combination of classic Czech dishes in a modern concept.
Quality ingredients are the basis for our cooking, so we supply beef in organic quality from our farm in Železný Újezd, where we breed Aberdeen Angus on the pastures in the Brda hills, which we supply to restaurants.
The restaurant is a pioneer of the Czech specials project, a brand of quality Czech cuisine.
The restaurant premises are divided into a classic Svejkov restaurant with a taproom with a capacity of 50 seats, Hašek's lounge with a capacity of 30 seats, an Art Nouveau café with a capacity of 50 seats and a summer garden with a capacity of 70 seats.
