Modern Czech cuisine combined with culinary and gastronomic series are the specifics of our restaurant. Gastronomy is based on a combination of classic Czech dishes in a modern concept and modern technology.
Quality raw materials are the basis for our cooking, so we supply organic beef from our farm in Železný Újezd, where we breed Angus, Galloway and Highland breeds on pastures in the Brda hills, which we supply to restaurants.
The restaurant is a pioneer of the Czech specials project, a brand of quality Czech cuisine. Within the framework of which they are among the three best restaurants in the Czech Republic with a focus on Czech cuisine.
