The restaurant At Green Tree in Nepomuk is a pilot project of the largest Czech franchise concept Švejk Restaurant. It focuses on traditional Czech cuisine using beef from its own organic farm. The restaurant premises are divided into a classic Svejk restaurant with a 50-seat taproom, Hašek's lounge with a 30-seat capacity, an Art Nouveau café with a 50-seat capacity and a 70-seat summer garden.
The hotel has one of the most lavish ballrooms in the region. These representative rooms can accommodate up to 160 guests. The ballroom is equipped with all the technology needed for events of all kinds, including sound, lighting and a stage. The rooms also include direct access to a private garden for 50 people.
Guests can use the artificial turf playground including equipment for football, tennis, volleyball, netball or even basketball. Ideal for corporate and team-building events such as barbecues on the terrace and bike rides. A wooden playground with various attractions is freely available in the hotel grounds and includes a natural pond.

Stylish space right in the heart of the brewery with a unique view of the brewhouse with a capacity of 30 people. In the summer, the terrace with a smokehouse is open with a capacity of 60 seats. The interior of the entire brewery and a separate lounge can seat up to 90 people for a variety of corporate events and celebrations.

The Sochorův statek is not directly part of the complex, but it is an integral part of it. The farm is located 12km from the campus on the edge of the Brda Mountains, where we breed Aberdeen Angus Red beef cattle on the pastures. The matured meat is then delivered to the restaurant and chalet of our premises, where we cook it for our guests. The quality of the meat is due to the almost year-round unrestricted movement of the cattle across the pastures and meadows. In addition to cattle, you will find pigs, sheep, donkeys, chickens, rabbits and more on our farm. Tours of the farm can also be arranged with our historic Zetor 3011 tractor.
No bull or cow will be bored with us! Once you have explored our entire premises, you can venture beyond the beer world for a bike ride, a hike or a car trip.
