The golden cow was born at the end of 2018. She was born by two families - Sochor and Sladke. The original brewery was built by farmers who, not only because of their love for beer, but also because of their long-standing involvement in gastronomy, decided to restore the charm of the local, almost forgotten brewery in Nepomuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The building of the Zlat\u00e1 kr\u00e1va brewery has its roots in the second half of the 19th century, where the Turks' Brewery originally stood on the site. In 1938, the building even served as a bottling plant for the Pilsner brewery. The dilapidated building was purchased from the original owner Ferdinand Jiskra, who at the age of 84 oversaw the first batch of Zlat\u00e1 krav beer brewed. The semi-dark 13 Jiskra is now brewed in his honour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The brewery brews bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers from quality ingredients, but the repertoire is also enriched with beer specials - all under the supervision of brewer \u017daneta Petru\u017e\u00e1lkov\u00e1.
